I contacted Mr. Singer thru AVVO message posting. I asked him if he could contact me back via email and he did the next day. He also allowed me to email him WC case-related documents before I talk to him on the phone. He also called me proactively from his end. When I called him after sending him emails first. He was very kind, professional, upfront and straight down to urgency business at hand.
He was also very supportive and understanding of my most complicated WC case and situations (another attorney previously indicated to me not able help me further due to complex nature of my case) and was willing to take more of his valuable time talking to me on the phone. Due to the complex nature of my case, he was also willing to meet with me at his office for further consultation.
